After serving as a humanitarian aid worker, human rights researcher, writer, and photographer in crisis zones around the world, Daniel founded the organization Humanitarian Bazaar through which he produces media and creative projects focused on how people survive war, disaster, and the pursuit of peace. Daniel's work has been covered by Rolling Stone, CNN, The New Yorker, The Atlantic, WNYC, VICE, Aljazeera, LA Times, and other media.
