Johara Bellali is a Senior Project Manager at adelphi, responsible for disaster preparedness and resiliency. She coordinates an international project on multi-level governance and climate resilience, and advises federal ministries and development organisations on global environmental changes and renewable energy. As a senior consultant, she supports the governments of Kenya, South Africa, Vietnam and the Philippines in the implementation of national climate action programmes at the municipal level.
