Nqobizitha Ndlovu is a constitutional and human rights lawyer and academic. Currently, he is the National Policy and Legal Advisor at Zimbabwe Environmental Law Association (ZELA). He holds a Master of Laws (Constitutional and Human Rights Law) from the Midlands State University, a Post graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also a doctoral candidate with the Nelson Mandela School of Law, University of Fort Hare, South Africa. His research interests are in indigenous peoples’ rights, natural resources management, property rights and legal pluralism.
