Ronya Othmann is a German-Kurdish writer and journalist. She is a columnist for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung and the award-winning author of several books exploring themes of identity, memory, and political violence, with a particular focus on the Kurdish-Yazidi experience.
